TIPS FOR CARRYING A LESS HORRIBLE LOCKDOWN
1- Define our routines day by day, BED SALT AND REMOVE THE PYJAMA. 2- Set times for your assignments and classes, DO NOT LOSE YOUR TIME. 3- Avoid monotony, you can change activities or interleave them. 4- Play sports, you can look for routines on the internet about short exercises. 5- Be tolerant, not everyone is having a good time. 6- Be careful what you eat, try to feed yourself in a light and healthy way. 7- Keep in touch with your school friends or those you have a lot of unanses seen, YOU COULD REINFORCE FRIENDSHIP. 8- BE EMPATHIC AND SUPPORTIVE. 9- Don’t fall for fake news, find out with responsibility. 10- Lockdown is not a punishment, you must take care of your health and that of others. |
